Another favorite are our fruity Filled Cookies which fly off the shelves at grocers, convenient stores and outlets across the nation.

Whoopie Pies
Just as the name implies, WHOOPIE is a state of excitement sweet happiness with every bite. We believe the whoopie pie to be a native recipe to Pennsylvania Amish and German culture. Other states may claim to be the creators – probably because it’s such a fun and delicious dessert!
Commonly referred to as GOBS, these delicious pies consist of two moist cakes filled with a fluffy icing.
No-Bakes
What exactly is a NO Bake style cookie? A fudge inspired delight with the perfect amount of Chocolate sensation.
These tasty cookies are produced with old fashioned oats, creamy peanut butter and cocoa. Shirley’s offers two varieties of no-bakes, plain peanut butter and peanut butter fudge.
Soft Sugar Cookies
Just like grandma used to make! Special memories of love and family tradition in our cookie. Old Fashioned Sugar Cookies are a sweet and tender cookie that have wonderfully crisp edges.
These vanilla-flavored sugar cookies are an American favorite and are also available with seasonal sugars and colored sprinkles.
Filled Cookies
Our Raisin filled cookie variety holds a special place at Shirley’s Cookies. It was the original cookie of Shirley’s favored by the Central Pennsylvania folk. The Raisin filled cookie ignited memories of hearth and home with the deliciously sweet raisin filling hidden inside. The filled cookie represents a special heritage and we are proud to offer you this special treat. Partnering with the raisin variety, we offer Apricot filled cookies that are quickly becoming a popular sweet.

Snickerdoodles
Not only is this a delicious cookie to eat, but it’s a fun name to say, SNICKERDOODLES and the cinnamon sugar treat continues to be a favorite sweet from as far back in history as the 1800’s. Some believe the name SNIKCKERDOODLE originated from the tales of a superhero in the early 1900’s and other trace the origin from the German word Schneckennudeln meaning Cinnamon dusted sweet rolls. The Cinnamon tasty cookie has a wonderful blend of cinnamon sugar and just a hint of cream of tartar, and continues to be popular for generations to come.
